Questions from trades and field teams
How do customers request a job?
Your Bookupy page shows a Request a job form with their address, postcode, what they need and when suits them. It goes into your unassigned list.
What happens if I double-book someone?
The board shows a clash warning on both jobs so you can move one.
Do texts cost extra?
Customer texts and the Friday job sheet texts to engineers are part of the optional £5 a month text add-on. Without it, nothing is texted.
Is the price per engineer?
No. It's £8.99 a month for the whole business.
How much does Bookupy cost?
£8.99 a month, with a 30-day free trial on the base plan. Add-ons are optional and only charged if you choose them, from day one. Choosing one never ends the base plan's free trial: text reminders (plus a text to you for every new booking) are £5 a month and a simple website is £25 a month. No contract, cancel any time.
